Nicole
Intro From Selene
I’ve known Nicole for about 4 years now - we’re on a private message board for Moms of kids about the same age, and have become great friends. Nicole is known as the sleep expert on this board, and has helped out SO many of us get our babies sleep back on track.
Anyone with a baby or young child will know of all the sleep issues that parents have to deal with… from getting them on a good sleep schedule, dealing with naps or bedtime routines - most recently dealing with how daylight savings makes a big impact on our child’s sleep habits.
I know first hand how difficult it is to transition between the stages (sleep cycles for a newborn are much different than a 9 month old, for example). Nicole has helped me through so many of the sleep issues I’ve had with my own daughter, and I know first hand how invaluable she’s been to so many other parents as well.
She realized how helpful she’s been, so started her company Pick Nick’s Brain to reach out to as many other sleep deprived parents as possible. Nicole regularly publishes posts on her blog that share so many of the key elements of helping your child have healthy sleep. If someone needs more personalized support, Nicole also offers more detailed eBooks as well as one-on-one sleep consulting services.
Nicole’s been a great friend to me over the years, and has made life easier for SO many people with her advice. She’s fairly new to Twitter so I figured she’d be a great soul to feature!

Thanks Selene for recommending Nicole, it’s not always apparent to me the kind og people that may benefit, not having 3 babies of my own.
So hope it helps spread the word for others.

Hello webmaster. Your post et Voice - Nicole - @picknicksbrain - Twitter Star | SoulTweet | Singled out from the Twitter Crowd is very interesting for me. My written English is not so good so I write in German: “Lieber den Spatz in der Hand, als die Taube auf dem Dach.” Yours sincerely Thursday Nicole
